Luxurious yet approachable, the Iris Rosé’s bright bouquet of ripe red fruit fills your nose as you pour your first glass. On the palate, morello cherries, fresh raspberries and white flowers, that finishes dry and with plenty of zip. The 2021 vintage fills the glass with a rosé quartz hue that looks refreshing and inviting.
Appearance: Iridescent, rose quartz hue, medium viscosity with moderate forming tears.
Aroma: Highly aromatic with lush strawberry bramble, fresh raspberries and cherries for fruit alongside notes of white lilies.
Palate: The beginning of the palate reveals bright fresh raspberries and strawberries from the farmers market and watermelon rind. On the mid palate the fruit continues to sing alongside herbal notes of white pepper and young white tea leaves that extend to a long crisp dry finish that begs you for another sip.
