The 2020 vintage of Iris Rosé by Michael Lavelle is a social experience! With its rose quartz tint, Iris Rosé displays crisp flavors and fresh fruit aromas. Including with cherry, strawberry, and watermelon. A rosé crafted with summer in mind, perfect to enjoy all year round.
Appearance: Iridescent, Rose Quartz Hue, Medium Viscosity with moderate forming tears.
Aroma: Highly Aromatic with Lush strawberry bramble, baked raspberries and cherries for fruit alongside notes white lilies.
Palate: The beginning of the palate reveals bright fresh raspberries & strawberries from the farmers market & watermelon rind. On the Mid palate the fruit continues to sing alongside herbal notes of white pepper and young green tea leaves that extend to a long crisp dry finish that begs you for another sip.
